Can any body tell me how can I solve my TVSE MSP255 printer starting problem.
I have TVS MSP255 printer and it does not start every morning and when it start its work ok with all the day. But next morning I have to face the same problem. I have checked the power cables and also replace both inside and outside power cables. I can’t understand where the problem is. Pls. help me.

We are using TVS Electronic MSP 250XL Classic, and we are facing lot of problem, as the printing formate we are using excel formate to print the Excise Invoice in this printer. And the alingment is not printed in required columns.
while printing the lines are printed double, and some times only half printed.
THis in turn is causing lot of wastage of Excise copies and also consuming time. as it take 20 min to print one excise invoice properly. Due to wastage. At once we can never get the print properly.
SO pls guide us on the same.
Let us knw if we can exchange our old Printer and buy a new one.
Or let our knw if we can get it serviced.

i bought tvs msp 245 champion plus and connected it through usb port to the dell cpu and now when i give print i am not getting print with the dos based softwares

When I Connect the printer MSP Champion to Computer by USB cable, then the DOS based printouts are not printed ” Write fault error writing device PRN ” message comes. What to do to solve the problem ??
