    Hi, I am currently downloading and hoping that this driver will work on Win 7 Ultimate. Please let me know if there is a solution?
    When I had Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit few days ago this modem was working fine, however post upgrading to Win 7 Ultimate, the drivers are not working. Hoping this file will fix. In the meanwhile if anyone has any solutions please post.

    hey i have a SXC-1080 usb modem with me and don’t have its driver with me,
    I have also downloded the Deiver from this site, but the Zip file is unable to open in Windows 7 Home Premium and not even able to Extract the files,
    Pls suggest me some remedy and the procedure to install the device driver in detail……
